Indulge in a relaxing and fun evening with our Cupcakes After Dark "bubbles & Buttercream" workshop at Cakes by Drew. Join us on the last Thursday of each month, learning recipes for the perfect cupcake, buttercream and piping techniques while enjoying a glass of local bubbles. Unleash your creativity and satisfy your sweet tooth in this delectable night time cupcake workshop! Gluten free cupcakes available on request and all our cupcakes are nut free. Unfortunately we cannot supply egg or dairy free cupcakes/buttercream at these workshops. No prior experience necessary! Suitable for ages 16 & up. Recurring workshop, scheduled for the last Thursday of each month. Workshop starts at 7pm and runs for approximately 2 hours. Workshop overview: - Buttercream recipe demonstration - Our signature piping technique demonstration + hands on practice - Choosing a colour palette & mixing buttercream - Piping coloured buttercream onto your cupcakes - Finishing your design with edible decorations Glass of bubbles (or non-alc. alternative) & cheese platter included. Each participant will leave with 6 decorated cupcakes and recipe. Important information for participants! - Please wear non slip shoes and tie long hair back. - There is no need to dress up for us, in fact it is better to be comfortable and in clothes you wouldn't mind getting dirty (our food dye may stain). - Bring a water bottle and any essentials you need, but we don't have a lot of storage space so keep items to a minimum. - We will supply everything else!
