I am Drew, the sole baker and owner of Cakes by Drew.

 

I started creating cakes as a hobby for friends & family while working in the local Orange food scene. Before long, word got out and well one thing led to another and here we are. With consistent 5-star reviews and multiple industry awards, I am immensely proud of what has been achieved since taking the leap and am incredibly grateful to all the wonderful people who continue to choose and trust me to create their celebration cakes.

With qualifications in commercial cookery and business management, my background in fine dining, classical French & Italian patisserie and event catering has served as a solid foundation to build Cakes by Drew and allows me to continue to refine and innovate my skills. With a constant dedication to refined flavours and a wild passion for design, my aim is to always create the perfect cake for you, whatever the occasion.
